Hello
everyone👋!
Yesterday,
I went to this interesting 🤩 music🎵 museum called “Indian Music Experience” in JP Nagar, Bangalore. To be honest,
it was amazing😀! This is a quick list of things I
saw:
· I saw plenty of old instruments from ancient to modern period. One of them looked like a xylophone, which is bigger and supposed to hit it with a thick stick to make a vibration. Another instrument designed on a stone💥 containing two 2️⃣holes in the sides, and a small wall separating them. If a person 👧🏼 shout😲from one 1️⃣ side and the other person 👧🏻 will be able to hear it through vibrations!
· I also saw a group of people👩🏻👨🏻🧑🏻👧🏻👦🏻 making music through drums🥁, guitars🎸and tambourines❗ I got to play the tambourine❕ The other kids got to play the other instruments such as tabla or instrument named “maracas”, which I loved❤!
· Next, I went inside the museum and saw different types of music🎶🎵🎼🎹 written on the walls🧱 such Fusion, Hindustani, Karnatik and Traditional Music.
· I learnt different types of emotion😀😭😡😇 such as Srngaram [ Love❤, Attractiveness], Karunyam [Compassion, Mercy🥺], Viram [Heroism🦸♀️, Presiding] and many more.
· I saw a 180° movie🎬 about music🎵 and how it came into existence. It was just lovely❤ and they also showed different types of music too!
· Then, I saw different halls containing information about various types of music and their interactives🎧! Those interactives contained different singers👩🏻🎤👨🏻🎤 across India, singing songs🎶 and biography about them. I also saw puppetry and India’s most famous epics, The Ramayana and the Mahabharata rolled into one tiny box with colorful paintings🎨.
· I was thrilled to huge collection of music instruments in hall! Oh my god, there were so many! There was digital guide to know more details about the instrument when you select its image.
· I also saw a recording studio❗ It was a professional one, with sound 🔈proof walls and a mike which I can sing into! There was a karaoke music🎤 and I was singing to the lyrics displayed on the screen! I could save, edit, and finally create a song with my audio! It was the best part of the museum!
I had a
blast💥 yesterday! Thank you, Indian Music
Experience!
